Companies interested in purchasing wholesale will receive a forty percent
discount on most items listed in the catalog with the following requirements and minimums.
- Provide a copy of business license, state resale certificate, UBI card,
GST, etc. Please mail one copy along with your first order.
- Opening order must be a minimum of $50.00 retail.
- Purchasing retail items $3.75 and under follow quantity minimums outlined
in our wholesale terms and policies.
- Orders may be purchased with a Master Card, VISA, check or money order.
- To establish a Net 30 Day account, please submit name, address, phone &
fax number of three companies currently purchasing from on open credit.
You may fax or mail us the above information. Your Goddessy Wholesale Account
and your account number will be established, once you submit the required information and make an initial purchase.

to download and view online. To request a wholesale catalog, simply fill out and submit the catalog request form
below.
Once your information has been validated, you will receive an email with
